"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have been renting cars from ANC Car Rental on a monthly basis for the past three years, and my experience has been consistently excellent. A huge part of that is thanks to Ivo, who always goes out of his way to take care of me and make sure everything is seamless. From vehicle selection to paperwork to any last-minute needs, Ivo is reliable, responsive, and genuinely attentive. He makes the entire process easy and stress-free every single time, which is exactly what you want when renting long-term. It’s rare to find a car rental company that combines great vehicles with truly personal service, but ANC does exactly that. I wouldn’t rent anywhere else and highly recommend them — especially if you value consistency, trust, and great customer care."
"I was super happy with their service. When our plane came in delayed, way past midnight, driver picked us up after friendly communication via WhatsApp. All existing scratches were already noted and I was even advised to take a video to be on the safe side. Drop-off and shuttle went smoothly and confirmation and refund were taken care of without any delay. Only the deposit seems a little high and requires sufficient reserve on the credit card."
"I rented a car to ANC also known as ABBYCAR in July at their PDL Azores location for 5 days. The reservation site nor the emailed voucher did not provide true information about that the actual car pick up is offsite, this address is far from the airport, 5km away at a petrol station in the highway North and far from the city itself. We had to call and wait for 40 minutes before being picked up as they consolidated 3 passenger flights into an old courtesy van without AC. The Abbycar site opening hours are not suitable for customers with PDL flights before 10AM nor arriving after 4PM, and only if you pay a steep e50 surcharge would they agree on an early car dropoff with courtesy van. The total price charged ended up being higher than the more competitive car rentals within the PDL terminal. The personnel at the station was not friendly at all. The only positive was that the car was clean."
"Very happy with our rental! As agreed, once arrived at the airport, we called the indicated whatsapp number, and the ANC driver came after 10 minutes or so to pick us up in the indicated spot just outside the arrivals in order to transfer us to the rental office (some ten minutes away). Very smooth process there to get the car (we opted for the full insurance so we had only 90 euros of deposit). Same smooth process when returning it a few days later (they have a petrol station just next to the rental office so you can refill the tank right there). Then we were driven to the airport within a quarter of an hour. Thanks to all the guys of ANC for a smooth and cool experience! 🙏 See you next time!"
"Not impressed with their car rental service. Tried to charge us for an extra 20 Euro cleaning fee. Car was returned in average condition for a two week rental, see photo. I've rented many cars and never been asked to pay for extra cleaning. I have kids, pretty normal. Cleaning is normally included. Car had allot of body damage, poor rental standards. Very hard to locate their shuttle pickup at the airport, no desk, no sign."
